What are the benefits of creating an account?

By creating an account and logging in, you can do the following:

  • Make replacement part orders.
  • Simple form submission using your account profile information.

If you are a TMP dealer, enter your customer number in your profile for all of the above benefits and these additional features:

  • Product information packages that include images, spec sheets, and barcodes that can be used for your website or any other project.
  • Easier access to your sales representative through the Contact Us section.

How do I create a login account?

  • Click Register in the upper-right of the page or click here to create an account
  • Enter a username, e-mail address and password
  • Dealers:
    • Enter your customer number. If you don’t know it, you can get it from your sales representative and enter it in the customer number on your profile page at any time.

How do I change my login account to a dealer account after I have already created it?

  1. Log into the website with the account that you have already created.
  2. On the top of the page, click on your name or Edit Your Profile.
  3. Click on Dealer Information
  4. Enter your customer number.

If the email address and customer numbers you have entered match our records, you should now have dealer privileges.

In order for your account to be set up as a dealer account, you must enter your Customer Number in your Profile and your e-mail address must match what we have on record for you. 

How can I order replacement parts?

Please note: We do not currently accept on-line payment for parts orders. After your order is placed, someone will contact you.

  1. Log into the site by clicking login at the top of the page.  If you don’t have an account, you will need to create one.
  2. Select Support and then Parts from the main menu on the left.  Follow the instructions to find your product.

Browse through the product listing on the menu and find your product.

  1. On the lower half of the product screen, go to the Replacement Parts tab. Please note: If you do not see a Replacement Parts tab, there may not be replacement parts for your product. Please contact us if you think this may be an error or you would like to speak to customer service.
  2. Click on the part that you would like to purchase.
  3. You will be taken to the checkout section.  Review your parts. 
    1. If you need to adjust the quantity, click Add in the Detail column. 
    2. If you need to select another part for this product, click on the product name in the Item Information column.
  4. When finished reviewing, click Next.
  5. Fill in the shipping information and click Next.
  6. Complete the order.
  7. One of our representatives will contact you to get your credit card information and process the order.

How can I download product information for my website or other project?

By following these steps, you will get a zipped file with product images and an Excel file with product information.

  1. Log into the site by clicking Login at the top of the page or click here to log in.  If you don’t have an account, you will need to create one.  You must be set up as dealer. 
  2. Browse through the product listing on the main menu and find products in which you are interested.
  3. On the product page, click on the link named "Request Info". The item will be added to your product inquiry cart. Please note: If you see "become a dealer" instead of "Request Info" you may not have the correct privileges, please contact us to let us know .
  4. To add more items, browse through the products using the menu on the left and repeat step 3.
  5. When you have all of the items that you want, you have two options. Click the button that makes the most sense.
    1. Build with High Resolution Images, this will include large images and should only be used if you need very high resolution images.
    2. Build for web, this is the recommended option.
  6. Click the selected build button in your product inquiry cart. You are currently limited to 5 items per build. For more infomation, please contact us and request to have the limit lifted.
  7. When prompted, save the zipped file to your computer.

How do I find a product spec sheet?

To view your product spec sheet, follow the directions below.

  1. Browse the site using the main menu on the left or use the search box at the top of the page.
  2. Once you have located your products page, scroll down to the products documents tab and view or download the selected spec sheet.
